DSK BANK (OTP GROUP)
Merci loyalty program has been implemented by DSK Bank, a member of OTP Group. It brings together multiple retailers and their customers. Horizon's loyalty engine iClarity allowed DSK to deliver the program without the usual overheads and expenses required to set up this type of offering. UBB (KBC Group member)
In November 2020 United Bulgarian Bank (a member of KBC Group) has launched its new loyalty program "UWin", powered by iClarity and Horizon loyalty mobile apps. With "UWin", UBB cardholders discover many useful and interesting offers, which have been prepared with the help of UBB merchant-partners, as well as the program's discounts!

"Bulgarian Posts" (The national postal service of Bulgaria) has launched its new loyalty program "BGPOST", powered by iClarity and Horizon loyalty mobile apps. With BGPOST, the customers discover many useful offers and gamified promotions.

Viber collaboration
HSS and Viber enhanced Bulgarian Cinema platform with attractive stickers and Viber Community. The platform provides information about the classic movies, artists and cinema festivals.
HSS and Viber Chat Extension integration
The first Bulgarian service in Viber became possible due to the cooperation of the Tourism Ministry, Viber and Horizon Software Solutions. Thus, Bulgaria became the first country with a special application that presents its tourist services in Viber.
